Returns and Refunds

At Cartridge Central, we have a 30 days return policy, which means you can return your order whenever you want within 30 days of the order date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, or original.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing your return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns And Refunds

You can request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving your order under these circumstances:

Faulty Items: If the item you receive is faulty or doesn’t work properly, take a photo or video showing the issue within 30 days of receipt. Once we process the evidence, we’ll issue an immediate refund without needing you to return the item.

Items Not As Described: If you want to return an item that isn’t faulty, contact us within 30 days of receipt to start the return process. We’ll provide a full refund after receiving the goods in their original condition and packaging. You have another 30 days to return the goods once you’ve informed us. Note that return fees aren’t refundable in this case.

Sale ItemsYou have the same refund rights for sale items as you do for full-priced items.

We reserve the right not to refund a customer if the item is damaged due to self-repair attempts or repair by a third party.

Exchange: If you request an exchange and it is approved, the replacement product will be shipped immediately.

We understand the importance of a timely exchange and aim to deliver your new product to you as quickly as possible.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will receive a refund or credit only to the actual amount paid
